Who we are

Virtus Bridges (“we”) is a founder-led practice offering sales coaching, professional English, and related advisory services, operated by Abrar Mahmood. The practice is independent and is not affiliated with any employer.

What we collect

We collect only what you choose to give us:

  • Inquiry forms: name, email, optional company and country, and your message.
  • Client portal accounts: name, email, password (stored as a one-way hash), programme interest, target market, current country, and your stated goals.
  • Session requests submitted while signed in.

We do not currently run advertising pixels, analytics suites, or third-party marketing trackers on this website.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to inquiries, assess whether an engagement is appropriate, operate the client portal, and communicate about sessions. We do not sell personal information.

Where it is stored

Inquiries and accounts are stored in the practice’s application database (or a local file during development). When email delivery is configured, a copy of an inquiry may also be sent to the practice inbox through a transactional email provider.

Retention

Inquiry and account records are kept only as long as needed to handle the request and any resulting engagement, then deleted or archived on request. If a longer statutory retention period applies to a later client file, that will be stated in the engagement paperwork.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by using the contact form or writing from the email address on your account. We will respond as promptly as practicable. Additional rights may apply depending on where you live (including Canada and, if relevant, the UK, EU, or Australia).
